Course Description
Pottery and ceramics are the link between the fine arts and applied arts.
Participants will learn how to make pottery pieces on a rotating electric wheel. They will be instructed in how to prepare and knead clay and become familiar with some decorative techniques used for plates, vases and cups. They will also fire and glaze a number of students' distinctive works.
