Chefs, cooks and food enthusiasts at all skill levels are invited to this meetup about the relationship between food, culture and memory in Palestine. Discuss the culinary scene as a form of existing culture and a memory bank of flavours, and explore the hidden treasures in historical cookbooks that contain recipes and techniques not commonly used today. Exchange personal experiences as you create cooking zines together.
