Course Description
In this reflective, fun and expansive experience, participants will explore their connection to their own body, spatial relations with others and the surrounding environment through improvised movement. Led by Sarah Sea, this workshop will be based around the themes of unity, fusion and natural patterns of the individual and collective body. In the second half of the session, an opportunity for interaction between sound and movement will be introduced as musician Aaron Sherwood responds to the movements of participants and vice versa.
This workshop is part of the SAF Music Programme launch event on Saturday, 18 November.
