Workshop description
Building on Bani Abidi’s works and her interest in the ways people occupy and relate to particular sites, participants will sit together and share stories about the cities they come from. They can discuss their experiences there and whether they feel they belong. Participants can also talk about travel experiences and sojourns in other countries.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this discussion session, participants will be able to
- tell a story in an interesting way
- explain the value of cultural exchange and mention at least one thing they have learnt about a culture that is not their own.
