Course Description
Participants in this course will use a single colour and its varying degrees to produce the effect of shadow and light in paintings. They will draw elements from still life and colour them using one acrylic colour, which they will lighten with white. This course aims to teach participants the production of a shape painted in a single colour gradient and ways to size the shape and apply artistic colour values using gradients of the chosen colour.
