Workshop Description
Discover the important role of the palm tree which was not only confined to food self-sufficiency. Its molasses was also used in one of the defense strategies of Sharjah Fort. Learn about Al Medbasa which was used to convert dates to molasses, and use these ingredients to prepare Al Batheetha.
