Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines movement and music. In this interactive session drawing on the work on SB15 artist Hassan Hajjaj, learn about the history of Capoeira, and practise its core elements: spatial and bodily awareness, defense and attack, rhythm and song.
