Course Description
This course offers a comprehensive introduction to engraving, printing and graphic design. Participants will learn to analyse and work with two-dimensional surfaces through symbols, lines, visual vocabulary and geometric shapes. These aesthetic values and graphic elements will be used to design surfaces in an artistic way. Participants will also learn about the multiple gradations of the colour grey from white to black and attempt to apply colour distribution methods to their artwork.
