Course Description
In this two-session workshop, participants will be learn the art of creating ceramic tiles, which involves designing, painting, firing and glazing the tile. In the first session, participants will design and paint their tile. In the second session, they will fire and glaze their tile and allow the tile to harden. This workshop has been developed for older participants and requires supervision for safety reasons due to the use of an electric kiln, which heats up to extremely high temperatures.
