Oriental Singing
Music Course

Timings: 4:00 pm–8:00 pm
Location: Bait Obaid Al Shamsi, Arts Square
Ages: 8+
Languages: Arabic and English
In this course, participants will learn elements of oriental singing such as place of articulation, breathing methods, oriental maqams and types of voices. They will also learn some Arabic music modes and apply them to a few singing examples. At the end of this course, participants will be able to sing solos or perform in ensembles.
This programme is in partnership with Yamaha Thomsun.
