Talk Description
This final panel in the series of SB15 online talks, brings together curators and practitioners whose practices resonate with Okwui Enwezor’s work and legacy and is inspired by the question of whether children and youth can decolonize us. Departing from the notion of “thinking historically in the present”, and with a focus on artistic and visual culture of decades past, this session contemplates how future generations might open up a pathway for countering hegemonies, and fostering postcolonial thinking and decolonial practice.
