Overview
The session will investigate the process, methodology and strategies currently used to create certain genres of contemporary experimental music/sound/art, with a special emphasis on sample-based or pinched electronic sonicscapes. The presentation will address the process of exploring the current climate for experimental music in the region within a brief historical overview of the topic. Recordings will be listened to, open discussions will ensue, dancing may be induced.
