Sculpture (Advanced)
Course for Children
Date: two days from Monday to Thursday, 19 September–29 December 2022
Timings: 10:00 am–12:00 pm OR 5:00 pm–7:00 pm
Location: Al Hamriyah Art Centre
Ages: 9–15
Language: Arabic
Participants in this course will learn how to deal with gypsum material to cast a template for a sculptural work, reproduce it to formulate a permanent copy, and learn about the different methods of making and coloring molds, and how to sculpt directly with gypsum and give the sculpture the appropriate texture.
