Course Description
In this two-week course on Tawqi calligraphy, participants will learn how to combine Thuluth and Naskh scripts. This mixed form of calligraphy is used by calligraphers to write certificates, official documents and verses from the Quran. Participants will use a qalam qasabah [calligraphy reed pen] to draw on paper and create calligraphic works.
