In this workshop, participants will visit the exhibition of Tarek Atoui’s work and find inspiration in the artist’s focus on instrument-making, musical collaboration and compositional structure. They will be provided with pens and sketchbooks, where they can reflect on their feelings, even if they produce only a few lines or words. Participants will then head back to the Collections Building and create their own artwork using coloured pencils, coloured chalks and watercolours.
