This discussion session is part of the programme of talks on the contemporary role of medicinal plants and herbs being presented in conjunction with SB13 participating artist Tonico Lemos Auad’s site-specific installation. The installation consists of a garden of plants and herbs found in a desert landscape and a small library of books about medicinal plants for visitors to read.
Discussion is a serious of guided visits to Sharjah Biennial 13 followed by a session led by professionals in their fields. Each session will focus on a specific topic that is present in the SB13 artworks. Session topics will include Art and Social Change, Architecture Apart, Art in Exile and the Fine Line between Art and Architecture
