Description
In this workshop, artist and filmmaker Mohammed Al Faraj will present his process for producing a film or video work, which is entirely based on hierarchical steps. His process is the driving force behind the structure ofhis way of structuring his films, his style and his approach to editing and establishing the rhythm of movement between scenes, often dominated by sound. Workshop participants and Al Faraj will record scenes and sounds from locations near Sharjah Art Foundation and then present them to each other after determining the way to test ideas and techniques directly. The workshop will not overlook content, but it will focus more on the tools and the form through which the participants will work as they are guided by their vivid imaginations.
