Burj Rashid Exhibition Open Call
Dubai Culture and Dubai World Trade Centre

Dubai Culture, in partnership with the Dubai World Trade Centre, has issued an open call for the Burj Rashid Exhibition, which will be held with the support of the ‘Sikka Platform’.
Commemorating the 45th anniversary of its construction, the exhibition pays homage to the tower as a pivotal landmark in the emirate's history.
Emirati and UAE-based practitioners in the fields of visual, digital and literary arts as well as designers and architects are invited to submit never-before-produced or exhibited works inspired by the tower.

Open Call Reclaiming Our Commons

Reclaiming Our Commons is a call to contribute to building a participatory creative process addressed to initiatives, cooperatives, independent cultural and artistic organisations as well as artists and cultural actors.
Grants from 8,000 Euros to 30,000 Euros will be provided to approximately 12 projects across the Arab region.
Applications are open to artists from diverse disciplines and independent cultural actors from the Arab region (regardless of ethnicity and citizenship status) as well as independent non-governmental initiatives, cooperatives and artistic and cultural organisations in the Arab region or abroad, whose work serves artistic and cultural production in Arabic.

Art Here 2024 - Richard Mille Art Prize

2025 Taoyuan International Art Award Global Call
Taoyuan Museum of Fine Arts, Taiwan

Established in 2021 by the Taoyuan Museum of Fine Arts, the Taoyuan International Art Award (TIAA) stands as a biennial exhibition initiative dedicated to cultivating international art networks and expanding global perspectives. Finalists selected for the award will receive support from the museum to realise their exhibition plans.
Artists may participate as individuals or as a group, regardless of their nationality. Works must be new pieces presented to the public for the first time and have never entered government-organized competitions in Taiwan.

Call for Submissions: Arab Film Festival 2024

Mizna invites films for their upcoming Twin Cities Arab Film Festival, scheduled for 25 to 29 September 2024. Mizna accepts narrative, documentary, experimental and animated films, both features and shorts. The platform seeks films made by filmmakers from the SWANA region and beyond as well as films relevant to the social realities of the SWANA region.
