Overview
Sharjah Art Foundation launched Thinking What’s Thought-Provoking! a new series of books edited by Jalal Toufic and published by Sharjah Art Foundation.
The series launched with two books: The Dancer's Two Bodies by Jalal Toufic and The Accident Waiting to Happen by Matthew Gumpert.
According to Toufic, Thinking What’s Thought-Provoking! will include not only thought-provoking thought regarding what’s thought-provoking, but also at least one book that is thought-initiating, since only once this initiation into thought has taken place does what is thought-provoking usually, if not ineluctably, lead to thought.
The book series launch, at Art Dubai 2015, included a short lecture and book signing by Toufic.
