Biography

Rahul Gudipudi (b. 1987, India) is a researcher, storyteller and recently appointed Senior Curator at CARA (Center for Art, Research and Alliances), New York, where he oversees CARA’s programmes across exhibitions, publications and fellowships. Before joining CARA, Gudipudi was Senior Curator at Art Jameel, leading exhibitions and discursive-performative programmes at the Jameel Arts Centre, Dubai, and Hayy Jameel, Jeddah. Gudipudi was previously on the curatorial advisory board and editorial board for The New Alphabet School, Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin (2019–2022). He is currently a member of the advisory board of ‘The Story Of’ Foundation, a transdisciplinary learning platform in Goa, India, and the Charter Committee of the Anthropocene Commons, a global research and response network for climate change adaptation and collective repair/action.
