Biography
Raffie Davtian works with photography, sculpture and installation, often focusing on the human body. He has had four solo exhibitions including Subjects-Objects of History and their Histories, Proekt_Fabrika, Moscow (20009), and Human Doors, Art and Cultural Studies Laboratory, Avant-garde Folk Music Club, Yerevan, Armenia (2007). Davitian has also taken part in more than a dozen group exhibitions and several film festivals worldwide.
In 2005, he was given an honourable mention at the International Photography Awards in New York.
