Biography

Vo was the winner of the Hugo Boss Prize, New York (2012), the BlauOrange Kunstpreis der Deutschen Volksbanken und Raiffeisenbanken, Berlin (2007) and was a nominee for the Nationalgalerie Prize for Young Art, Berlin (2009).
Danh Vo was born in 1975 in Bà Rja, Vietnam, and he currently lives and works in Berlin. Vo studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Denmark, and the Städelschule, Frankfurt.
