The four artists in the collective YOVO! YOVO! met during their studies at Hochschule für bildende Künste, in Hamburg. They were drawn together by their common interests: a dedication to exploring space and place as well as their own roles and representations. Previous partial collaborations have involved film, theatre and performance, reflecting a strong mutual interest in narratives, people and translation.
