Informed by the work of artist Nalini Malani, participants will construct a cylindrical shape using transparent paper and then decorate it with glass paint. The painted shapes will then be displayed so as to create shadows on the wall with reflected light.
Ages: 6–10
In this workshop, participants will view SB14 artist Akram Zaatari’s performance film, in which he explores sounds from found objects in a space, and then they will translate the sounds they heard into visuals.
