Talk Description
Three SB15 artists gather to explore culinary culture, food heritage and the politics of food practice, as well as the notion of food as an artistic form and methodology. Panellists will discuss how they utilise food in their work to tackle issues such as social and economic inequality and to scrutinise questions of political power, accessibility, memory and nostalgia.

Rahul Gudipudi is a researcher, storyteller and recently appointed Senior Curator at CARA (Center for Art, Research and Alliances), New York, where he oversees CARA’s programmes across exhibitions, publications and fellowships.
