Biography
Since 2002, Uriel Barthélémi has composed music for puppet, theatre and dance performances, as well as exhibitions. He has worked with numerous artists and musicians, including Hélène Breschand, Tarek Atoui, Serge De Laubier, Eric Pailhé and Antoine Schmitt. He regularly works with Patricia Dallio’s Soundtrack Company and with Puce Muse Studios.
Barthélémi’s recent works include the projects Exhaustion, a solo performance using drums and a laptop created for The Jerusalem Show, Al Ma’mal Foundation for Contemporary Art, Jerusalem (2010); Yama’s Path, a concert accompanied by animated drawings and Souls’ Landscapes, a collaboration with hip hop dancer Entissar Al Hamdany.
