Overview

SAF welcomes UAE-based and international visitors from government organisations, embassies, corporate clients and employee groups, conference and trade delegations as well as local community and cultural groups.

Sharjah Art Foundation organises tailored tours, including cultural bus tours, photowalks and educational workshops. These tours can be focused on subjects such as architecture, photography, history and more.

In recent years, the Foundation has welcomed many local and international schools and universities, including New York University Abu Dhabi; Bard College, New York; Städelschule, State University of Fine Arts, Frankfurt; Yale University; and others.

During Sharjah Biennials and art exhibitions, the Foundation has also organised visits and tours for institutions, organisations and groups, including the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, Riyadh; Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh; Deichtorhallen Hamburg; LUMA Arles; Polygreen Culture & Art Initiative, Piraeus; and others.
