The exhibition features the work of over 30 artists from around the world selected through the annual open call

Second edition of the grant will provide one or more research projects with up to USD 30,000 in support

The virtual screening will be the first time the award-winning film Scales [Sayidat Al Bahr] (2019) will be screened in the GCC ahead of its theatrical release later this year

Neo Muyanga’s Sharjah Biennial 14 commissioned performance house of MAKEdbA is now on vinyl

Sharjah Art Foundation has extended its deadline for emerging and established filmmakers to submit their films for the third edition of the annual Sharjah Film Platform (SFP). Selected films will be screened as part of the festival’s film programme from 14 to 21 November 2020 and considered for a juried award.

The Foundation brings a number of award-winning independent and classic films to the comfort of your home through the digital initiative ‘SAF Online: Film’

Submissions accepted until 26 April 2020 for the annual festival scheduled
for 14–21 November

Previously on view in Sharjah and curated by Hoor Al Qasimi, the exhibition is on view in Berlin, Germany and will travel to Malmö, Sweden
